NestWise AI operates an automated SMS messaging system that allows licensed real estate agents to send personalized, AI-generated text messages to prospective clients (leads) who have submitted inquiry forms through advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
SMS messages are sent using Twilio Inc., a licensed SMS carrier and telecommunications provider. Each real estate agent on our Platform sets up and uses their own Twilio account, phone number, and credentials. AAAA Holdings facilitates the automation but does not operate a shared SMS sender ID โ each agent sends from their own dedicated Twilio number.
Leads who receive SMS messages from our platform have submitted a lead generation form through one of the following advertising platforms:
Agent Responsibility: Real estate agents using this Platform are solely responsible for ensuring that their ad lead forms contain appropriate consent language informing prospects that submitting their information may result in automated SMS contact. Agents must include language such as: "By submitting this form, you agree to receive automated text messages from [Agent Name] regarding your real estate inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply." AAAA Holdings is not responsible for consent disclosures made (or not made) on individual agents' ad forms.
All AI-generated SMS messages sent through the NestWise AI Platform are subject to the following content standards:
Every AI-generated message is explicitly instructed to comply with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. ยงยง 3601โ3619). This means:
To stop receiving text messages from an agent, reply STOP to any message. Your opt-out is processed immediately by Twilio. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further automated texts from that agent's number. This opt-out is permanent for that number unless you re-consent.
Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance information, including contact details for the sending agent and AAAA Holdings support at [email protected].
No unsolicited messages are sent. All messaging is initiated only after a prospect has voluntarily submitted a lead form expressing interest in real estate services. This form submission constitutes the prospect's initial opt-in to be contacted by the agent.
All SMS messages sent through this Platform use Twilio's infrastructure. To comply with carrier requirements and reduce spam, US-based SMS messaging via 10-digit long codes (10DLC) requires registration under the A2P 10DLC framework established by US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.).
Agents using the SMS feature on this Platform are responsible for:
Failure to register for A2P 10DLC may result in Twilio filtering or blocking your messages. AAAA Holdings is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by lack of A2P registration.

The NestWise AI Platform is designed to support compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. ยง 227. Key compliance features include:

Agents are responsible for their own TCPA compliance. AAAA Holdings strongly recommends consulting with a licensed attorney to ensure your lead form consent language meets current TCPA and FCC requirements, including the FCC's one-to-one consent rule effective January 27, 2025.
