Twilio SMS Setup

1 Create Account 2 Get a Number 3 Enter Keys 4 Test & Enable
1Create a Twilio Account

Twilio is the SMS service that sends messages to your leads. Each agent sets up their own account — there is no shared SMS cost.

  1. Go to twilio.com/try-twilio and sign up (free trial available)
  2. Verify your email and phone number
  3. You will land on the Twilio Console dashboard
2Get a Phone Number

You need a Twilio phone number to send SMS. This is the number your leads will receive texts from.

  1. In the Twilio Console, go to Phone Numbers → Manage → Buy a Number
  2. Search for a local South Carolina number (area code 843 or 803)
  3. Make sure SMS capability is checked
  4. Purchase the number (~$1.15/month)
  5. Note the number in E.164 format: +18431234567
3Enter Your Credentials

Find these on your Twilio Console homepage under Account Info.

4Test & Enable SMS

Send a test message to make sure everything is working before enabling live SMS.

Google Calendar Setup

1 About 2 Google Cloud 3 Credentials 4 Connect & Enable
1What This Does

When a new lead scores HIGH or MEDIUM, the AI will automatically create a 30-minute follow-up callback reminder in your Google Calendar — scheduled for the next day at 10 AM Eastern.

Each agent connects their own Google Calendar. Your calendar credentials are stored securely in your account only.
Google Calendar is already connected! You can reconnect below if needed.
2Set Up Google Cloud Project

You need a Google Cloud project with the Calendar API enabled and OAuth credentials created.

  1. Go to console.cloud.google.com
  2. Create a new project (or select an existing one)
  3. Go to APIs & Services → Library and enable Google Calendar API
  4. Go to APIs & Services → Credentials and click Create Credentials → OAuth client ID
  5. Choose Desktop app as the application type
  6. Under Authorized redirect URIs, add exactly: http://localhost:8000/auth/google/callback
  7. Download the JSON file — you'll need the Client ID and Client Secret from it
Already have credentials? If the app already has a google_credentials.json file configured, your Client ID and Secret are pre-filled on the next step. Just click Save & Continue.
3Enter Your Credentials

Enter the OAuth credentials from your Google Cloud project. These are stored securely in your account.

Looks like: numbers-letters.apps.googleusercontent.com
Looks like: GOCSPX-xxxxxxxxxxxx
4Connect & Enable

Click the button below to authorize the AI to create events in your Google Calendar. A Google sign-in window will open — sign in with the account you want to use.
