Twilio SMS Setup
1Create a Twilio Account
Twilio is the SMS service that sends messages to your leads. Each agent sets up their own account — there is no shared SMS cost.
- Go to twilio.com/try-twilio and sign up (free trial available)
- Verify your email and phone number
- You will land on the Twilio Console dashboard
2Get a Phone Number
You need a Twilio phone number to send SMS. This is the number your leads will receive texts from.
- In the Twilio Console, go to Phone Numbers → Manage → Buy a Number
- Search for a local South Carolina number (area code 843 or 803)
- Make sure SMS capability is checked
- Purchase the number (~$1.15/month)
- Note the number in E.164 format:
+18431234567
3Enter Your Credentials
Find these on your Twilio Console homepage under Account Info.
4Test & Enable SMS
Send a test message to make sure everything is working before enabling live SMS.
Google Calendar Setup
1What This Does
When a new lead scores HIGH or MEDIUM, the AI will automatically create a 30-minute follow-up callback reminder in your Google Calendar — scheduled for the next day at 10 AM Eastern.
2Set Up Google Cloud Project
You need a Google Cloud project with the Calendar API enabled and OAuth credentials created.
- Go to console.cloud.google.com
- Create a new project (or select an existing one)
- Go to APIs & Services → Library and enable Google Calendar API
- Go to APIs & Services → Credentials and click Create Credentials → OAuth client ID
- Choose Desktop app as the application type
- Under Authorized redirect URIs, add exactly:
http://localhost:8000/auth/google/callback - Download the JSON file — you'll need the Client ID and Client Secret from it
google_credentials.json file configured, your Client ID and Secret are pre-filled on the next step. Just click Save & Continue.
3Enter Your Credentials
Enter the OAuth credentials from your Google Cloud project. These are stored securely in your account.
4Connect & Enable
Click the button below to authorize the AI to create events in your Google Calendar. A Google sign-in window will open — sign in with the account you want to use.
